Valentines day seems the perfect time to upload my latest painting. What girl wouldn't be happy with this bunch of roses and bowl of strawberries? I think to top it off, a glass of chilled bubbly would make the perfect Valentines Day scenario!
I didn't plan to wait until Valentines day to post this painting...life has a knack of getting involved in creative pursuits, more often than not. I haven't blogged in AGES, I know...the list of excuses is long...
a mini break to Rottnest,
end of school holidays,
school starting,
NOOOO routine,
a bad head cold,
procrastination
and more procrastination!
But, at least I managed to paint a little bit in the holidays and got this done.
Schools back, the girl's are settled, I'm back into my normal routine and loving it!
New painting on the easel, others being planned.
Now if only I can find time to write more...
