My favourite thing to do, other than painting, is to read. Ive been a reader forever, firstly devouring picture books and then moving rapidly onto first readers. I still recall the joy of a new childhood book, the weight of it in my hands and the adventures waiting upon its pages. Ive never lost this joy and don't know life without a daily read. Ive decided it's high time to bring the joy of reading into my art, with this new series, 'Bookish'.
Original oil on canvas. Professional quality oils on professionally made stretcher. Unframed but framing in oak is available for $1750.
