Part of a series started in 2018 aptly named 'Almost Famous' capturing animals dressed in their human look a like.  This one is a cavalier King Charles Spaniel as Frida Khalo...the similarity with the eyebrows is what got me!

It's been such a popular series and I'm as perplexed as Frida this one hasn't found its forever home yet.
