I don't often paint landscapes, but really enjoy using them in the background to my still life and birds and botanicals. Ive seen landscapes such as this one in our beautiful south west of Western Australia. The still life floral was photographed in a nursery outside of Margaret River, WA. I so enjoy reimagining a bunch of flowers into a art scene, adding birds to bring some life and movement.
